In early 2016 Duke Lifepoint Hospitals, Harris Regional and Swain Community, determined that they needed a solution to organize the leader rounds they perform on patients. Without a consistent and standard documentation process, patient feedback was difficult to aggregate and historical trending of the data was challenge. That year they partnered with Nobl to deploy a digital leader rounding tool called Nobl Rounding Platform across all inpatient units.
