Job Description

Your goal: align customer needs and goals with our products to drive sales. As an outreach specialist, you will play a key role in customer acquisition through prospecting and outreach of prospects. Base compensation is based on previous experience and skill set. And to sweeten the deal, you can anticipate monthly bonuses for every meeting kept.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct consistent sales calls and emails to establish new relationships and set-up initial meetings with decision makers at hospitals and healthcare systems
  • Prospect leads in an organized way to ensure a consistent and effective outreach process
  • Develop an outreach strategy for each prospect to identify opportunities and create personalized follow-up
  • Establish rapport and build client relationships through understanding the client’s business, organization, goals and needs
  • Properly document all lead interactions in our CRM tool and maintain consistent daily outreach numbers
  • Attend national conferences with the team to meet potential clients in person, obtain warm leads, and have fun!
What would give you bonus points?
  • Ability to leverage existing relationships with executives and key decision makers at hospitals and healthcare systems to drive sales
  • Experience selling software solutions to individual hospitals and healthcare systems
  • Understanding of recent changes in healthcare reform, including reimbursement based incentives and fall prevention initiatives

Job Description

Nobl is looking for driven and passionate students to join our Business Development team. Qualified individuals will have strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and demonstrate a natural aptitude for sales.

As an intern, you will help generate and organize existing leads using programs like Prosperworks and Google Drive to stay organized and keep the team informed. You will work in collaboration with our Business Development team to learn our sales outreach process and partake in outbound cold calling.

During this internship, you will have the opportunity to accompany our sales team as they make presentations to hospital administrators and key industry stakeholders. Additionally, you may be invited to attend national healthcare conferences with our Business Development Team. This intern will have the opportunity to interview for a full time position after graduation. The ideal candidate should be able to devote at least 20 hours a week to this internship.

Job Description

We’re looking for someone ready to dive in with our motivated team to help build current and future products. The Web Application Developer will be responsible for updating and building PHP based web applications. You will also have some basic hosting duties as well, including setting up and updating web servers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with other developers and designers to develop and improve Nobl software using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Manage, read, and update MySQL databases.
  • Setup hosting solutions with both Linux and Windows Server.
  • Evaluate system speed and optimize for performance.
  • Maintain responsive code and troubleshoot cross-browser compatibility.
  • Work with other technologies to provide value for our customers, this could include working with outside vendors and maintaining a professional relationship.
