Job Description

Your goal: align customer needs and goals with our products to drive sales. As an outreach specialist, you will play a key role in customer acquisition through prospecting and outreach of prospects. Base compensation is based on previous experience and skill set. And to sweeten the deal, you can anticipate monthly bonuses for every meeting kept.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct consistent sales calls and emails to establish new relationships and set-up initial meetings with decision makers at hospitals and healthcare systems
  • Prospect leads in an organized way to ensure a consistent and effective outreach process
  • Develop an outreach strategy for each prospect to identify opportunities and create personalized follow-up
  • Establish rapport and build client relationships through understanding the client’s business, organization, goals and needs
  • Properly document all lead interactions in our CRM tool and maintain consistent daily outreach numbers
  • Attend national conferences with the team to meet potential clients in person, obtain warm leads, and have fun!
What would give you bonus points?
  • Ability to leverage existing relationships with executives and key decision makers at hospitals and healthcare systems to drive sales
  • Experience selling software solutions to individual hospitals and healthcare systems
  • Understanding of recent changes in healthcare reform, including reimbursement based incentives and fall prevention initiatives
  • Understanding of Value Based Pricing and Value Based Purchasing in healthcare

Job Description

Nobl is changing healthcare by improving the patient experience through our web application used across hospitals and clinics in America. We're hiring a driven intern this summer to assist in our marketing and business operations departments.

As an intern, you will work in a variety of programs to ensure our marketing automation continues to run. Everyday will be different but here's some projects you can expect:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Use MailChimp to create content and send emails to our thousands of email subscribers
  • Provide thought leadership through our website blog
  • Get inbound leads through setting up Adword campaigns and monitoring success
  • Help with office management by ordering supplies, prepping for conferences, and coordinating office events
  • Work hand-in-hand with the founders of Nobl to assist in daily operational projects

Job Description

We’re looking for someone ready to dive in with our motivated team to help build current and future products. The Software Support Engineer will be responsible for working with clients and updating PHP web applications. You will also have some basic hosting duties as well, including setting up and updating web servers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with inbound issues and requests from clients
  • Setup hosting solutions with both Linux and Windows Server.
  • Evaluate system speed and optimize for performance.
  • Manage, read, and update MySQL databases.
  • Work with other developers and designers to develop and improve Nobl software using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Maintain responsive code and troubleshoot cross-browser compatibility.
  • Work with other technologies to provide value for our customers, this could include working with outside vendors and maintaining a professional relationship.
